Shipping Options

At URSafeRite, we strive to provide reliable and transparent shipping options to meet your needs.

Options are fully trackable and available to select at checkout. Please review our delivery options and policies below:

Parcel Post: $14.95
Estimated Delivery: 3-10 Business Days*

Express Parcel Post: $19.95
Estimated Delivery: 1-3 Business Days*

Partner Delivery (ORDER IN ITEMS):

Delivery times differ by partner. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping times.

In case of further delays in dispatch, a team member will be in touch and will disclose the estimated date of delivery.

Heavy, Bulk, and Over-sized Deliveries:

These orders are sent via a courier and may incur additional charges based on weight, cubic size of the order, and delivery location.

Heavy, bulk, and over-sized items are clearly marked online in the product description and noted at checkout. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm any additional charges. You will have the option to proceed with the order or opt out and receive store credit or a refund.

Alternatively, we offer Click & Collect from our NSW warehouse.

These options are fully trackable and available for selection at checkout.

Please note that items in stock can ship the same day, while others are sent via our partner brands. If you order products with different shipping times, we will send them all in one order, which should take approximately 5-7 days to ship. You will receive the tracking information once your order ships.

Please note, above excludes heavy, bulky or oversized orders. Such orders are calculated based on the cubic size and weight of the item / parcel and the delivery location. Our customer service team will contact you to discuss the delivery charge that would apply to any bulk / heavy / oversized order.

We ship all orders from 1 Grady Cres, Erskine Park NSW 2759

If an item is listed as an 'Order In' product, this means we need to obtain it from our supplier. While we aim for prompt delivery for all items, including express orders, waiting times may be affected by supplier availability. Should there be any delays, we will keep you informed and provide you with updated ETAs or offer alternative product options.

You can pick up your order from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Orders and Payments

Once your order has been shipped, an email containing the tracking details of your order will be provided.

You can also check your account on our website to see the status of your recent orders.

We can modify orders as long as they have not yet been shipped by our fulfillment team.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, changes cannot be made.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to either process a return or refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver it to you.

We accept secure payment checkout with credit card available through Paypal. Guest check out including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We do not charge any additional fees for using these payment methods.

We also offer pay-by-installments via Afterpay which allows you to pay in full or in 4 interest-free installments. You can also buy now and pay later with Zip!

Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store credit card details or have access to your credit card information. If there has been any errors in payment or the payment isn't processing, please reach out to us for a smooth offline bank transaction.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

At URSafeRite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return period on all eligible items ordered online. Please review the following criteria to ensure your item qualifies for a return.

  • Items must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items were not marked "Sale", "Clearance" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  • Items must be in their original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes instruction manuals, dust bags or shoeboxes (all original packaging). 
  • Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.
  • Certain respiratory products will not be refunded due to hygienic and safety factors. 
  • All returns incur a flat rate return fee of $15 AUD. This fee will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
  • Returns are accepted for faulty/damaged goods or simply if you change your mind if you notify us within 7 days of delivery and arrange return within 30 days.
  • If a size exchange is needed, you are required to place a new order online and return your original item(s) for a refund. We are not able to honour previously used promotion codes when choosing this option.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds will be processed: 

  • Within 7 business days of receipt of your return where possible
  • The way you made the original purchase 
  • PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately
  • Afterpay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. If you've got a few other items on your order, the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted from future payment instalments
  • Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution
  • All returns incur a flat rate return fee of $15 AUD. This fee will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

    Late or missing refunds (where applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

In the event that you receive the products and simply change your mind, we may at our discretion offer you a refund provided that;

  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • That the items are returned in their original condition, together with any original packaging, labels and all parts included within 30 days.

How to Return Items (Packages under 20 kgs)

URSafeRite is to be notified within 7 days from receipt of order for any products that are to be returned. Easy returns with Refundid - No labels, no printing, no problem. 

1. Visit our Refundid Portal enter your order number and the email address used to place your order and complete the fields to submit your return. Once submitted, you'll be emailed your unique QR code.

2. Print your label at home or bring your packaged return and QR code to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they'll print one for you. Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Australia Post Box, or selected branches of retailers such as IGA, Mitre10 and Priceline.

3. You'll be emailed tracking details so you can follow your return back to our warehouse.

4. All returns incur a flat rate return fee of $15 AUD. This fee will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Returns for Bulky Items (Packages over 20 kgs)

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow our simple exchange process:

1. Please place a new order online for the desired size.

2. Return your original item(s) for a refund through Refundid by following our return policy guidelines.

Important Note:

Previously used promotion codes cannot be applied to the new order.

All returns incur a flat rate return fee of $15 AUD. This fee will automatically be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

In the event products are received faulty or damaged during delivery;

- Please contact us within 7 days of order delivery.

- If you believe that the item is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether there is an entitlement for exchange or repair.

- Any damaged goods must be returned in the original condition it was in when received together with any packaging or parts included together within the package.
